Massage Therapy

I use a combination of modalities to address an individual's needs.  My session are based in therapeutic massage practices whereupon I incorporate Thai Massage, Positional Release Therapy and Deep Tissue Therapy.

This ancient form of bodywork predominantly focuses on harmonizing the energetic and physical bodies. By stimulating the flow of prana, or vital energy, the whole person can be restored to a balanced state of well-being.

 

This revitalizing and rejuvenating therapy combines easy rocking, acupressure and passive stretching.


Traditional Thai Massage sessions are a minimum of 90 minutes, given on the floor on a mat with the client in loose, comfortable clothing.
